Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 5, 2023

At Greens and Gossip LLC, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality, allergen-conscious salads. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Perishable Product Policy

All of our salads are made to order and shipped with care to preserve freshness. As such:

  • All sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at greensandgossip@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipping. To request a change, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the shipping queue, it cannot be altered or refunded.

 

Shipping Schedule

To ensure product integrity and meet 2-day delivery standards, we ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.
